OEW INDOC Application

OPERATION ENDURING WARRIOR Confidentiality Agreement
I, the undersigned, in consideration of my volunteerism with Operation Enduring Warrior (OEW), hereby agree to the following Confidentiality Agreement.
I understand that I may be given access to confidential and/or proprietary information to the extent necessary in order to perform my duties as a volunteer of OEW. I shall not, at any time either during or subsequent to my volunteerism at OEW, make unauthorized disclosures or unauthorized use of any information that is considered to be proprietary or confidential by OEW. Proprietary information includes, but is not limited to, all information, data, reports, analyses, processes, know-how, designs, plans, marketing data, business plans and strategies, negotiations and contracts, research, and volunteer, donor or vendor lists, compilations, trade secrets, and confidential information, whether in written, oral or electronic form. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, any personal information of any OEW employee, volunteer, agency partner, or donor, whether in written, oral or electronic form.
All records and information relating to OEW or its volunteers, partners, and donors are confidential and I will treat all matters accordingly. This includes any information protected under any applicable state or federal privacy law. No DEW-related information, including without limitation, documents, notes, files, records, oral information, computer files or similar materials (except in the ordinary course of performing duties on behalf of OEW) may be removed from the OEW file repository (mail system and/or drop box) without permission from an Officer or Board of Director. Additionally, the contents of OEW's records or information otherwise obtained in regard to business may not be disclosed to anyone, except where required for an authorized business purpose and/or required by law. I will not disclose any confidential information, purposefully or inadvertently (through casual conversation), to any unauthorized person inside or outside OEW. If I am unsure about the confidential nature of specific information, I will ask an Officer or Board of Director member for clarification before disclosing information. If I am unsure about confidential information which may be protected under state or federal law, I will ask an Officer or Board of Director for clarification before disclosing the information.
Proprietary information and trade secrets are created at substantial cost and expense to DEW. Unauthorized use or disclosure of this information would cause irreparable injury to DEW. I agree that monetary damages would not be a sufficient remedy for any breach of this agreement by me, and that, in addition to all other remedies, DEW shall be entitled to seek (a) specific performance and (b) injunctive or other equitable relief as a remedy for any such breach, and I further agree to waive any requirement for any bond in connection with such remedy.
When I no longer volunteer at OEW, I will return all DEW-related information and property that I have in my possession, including without limitation documents, files, records, manuals, information stored on a personal computer, personal data assistant or computer disk, supplies, and equipment or office supplies

Confidentiality:
All information contained within this application will be kept confidential. Candidate WILL NOT include any classified information within this application.
Mission:
We HONOR, EMPOWER and MOTIVATE our wounded comrades through a physical, mental and emotional rehabilitative cycle modeled for overcoming adversity and hardship through innovation, teamwork and perseverance.
Why
To honor the sacrifices of wounded veterans and LEO; Represent and embody the mission of OEW /TFS through teamwork, endurance and overcoming adversity.
Center of Gravity:
Our primary center of gravity is to execute as a team and embody the key leadership traits by setting an example of mental, physical and emotional perseverance as a means of motivation/inspiration for our wounded peers.
Critical Vulnerability:
A critical vulnerability that will need to be avoided is self­empowerment Silent professionalism and bearing will be maintained at all times. Although we will positively engage the public, "show boating" will not be tolerated. Our actions in and out of the mask will align with our mission at all times. Selflessness and humility is key.
Commitment:
I understand if I am selected as a Masked Athlete Team (MAT) member, I will be expected to not only be an active athlete, but also play an active role in the administration, operations, development, logistics and/or communications arms of OEW.
1) I understand this application in no way grants me permission to officially represent OEW publicly in any capacity and my involvement in INDOC will be kept in accordance with the mission and purpose of OEW.
2) I will conduct myself in a manner of utmost professionalism, in both my daily life and via online presence and will not bring discredit or embarrassment to OEW.
I understand I will not DON THE MASK, for any reason, without permission or guidance from OEW leadership.
